We all have developed a coping mechanism, during the pandemic. We largely banked upon our belief system and our faith, which keeps us strong from within, and helps us gain some peace. During these difficult times, people have developed their focus on spiritual practices. It helps them achieve some physical, emotional, and mental strength. So anything that brings harmony to them was considered spiritual.
A holy shabad in Gurbani says,
Gurbani talks about a human soul who by imbibing the teaching of our Shabad Guru, should always put his thought process in the right direction. He who does that becomes Gyani (knowledgeable) and with the Guru’s kirpa, his self-consciousness awakens and connects him to the Almighty. So, meditation, self-awareness, self-love, taking care of our loved ones, helping society in any form of Seva, all of the above propagate the idea of giving back to society for inner peace and good karma.
