Common Corporate World Issues

In today’s world, the biggest issue in any kind of relationships is, one’s ego. From sharing a complicated relationship, to juggling between personal lives, the employer and the employee connection, entirely depends on the communication or interaction between the two .
The connection is based on the workspace rules and not on the personal sentiments thus this leads to a series of unresolved ,unspoken and unheard issues between the two.
All the above issues lead to the low performances and productivity at both ends .
To resolve these corporate world issues or any kind of inconclusive businesses, one needs to let go of one’s ego. Gurbani says :
ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ਹੋਇ ਇਕਤ੍ਰ ਮਿਲਹੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਾਈ
ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਦੂਰਿ ਕਰਹੁ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਇ ॥
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੈ ਕੇ ਹੋਵਹੁ ਜੋੜੀ
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬੈਸੁਹ ਸਫਾ ਵਿਛਾਇ ।। ੧ ॥
The holy shabad states- Come and join together..oh !my destined sibling ,,my friend(treating everyone alike)dispel your sense of duality and let yourself be lovingly absorbed in the Lord by becoming a Gursikh(a learner)
Spread out your mat and sit down to take time out and hear one another, keeping our self-centred feeling aside and keep faith in our Guru..that he will resolve all our problems, peacefully with his blessings and teachings.
